Fire officials say the fire was discovered on the second storey of a vacant commercial building at 1950 Continental Ave. Monday night.
Windsor police say fires in the 700-block of Indian Rd. and in the 800-block of Felix Ave. on Saturday afternoon are also considered suspicious and are being investigated.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
