Windsor Property Tax Bills In The Mail

If you have not received your final property tax bill in the mail by Monday, you might want to call the 311 Call Centre.

The City of Windsor says it has mailed out all the final bills for this year, and says even if you do not get it, you are still on the hook.

The penalty and interest on a late property tax bill are 15% a year.

If you are having trouble paying your property tax bill, there are options including the Tax Repayment Program and the Tax Relief Program, which is available to all single family residential property owners that meet the criteria.

The due dates for regular tax payments are July 19, September 13, and November 15. Mid-month and end-of-month plans are also available.

Payments can be made at any approved bank, credit union, or trust company, by mail, or by telephone, and online banking.
