The accident occurred on Walker Road between Alma Street and County Road 18.
According to police, a Brown 4 door Ford Taurus was travelling South bound on Walker Road when it left the roadway and struck a culvert.
Police say the driver was a 24-year old Windsor man who was pronounced dead on scene.
Police are still investigating, though no charges are expected.
