Windsor police have arrested and charged a suspect in relation to a hit and run that killed 43-year-old Steven Hill.
Hill was killed on April 29 when he was struck by a vehicle outside his apartment building on Tecumseh Rd. near Alexis.
Police previously released photos of a white cube van they believed to be involved in the incident. Police say a suspect turned himself into police headquarters on Wednesday.
Derek Wilson, 29, is charged with failing to remain at the scene of a collision causing death.
The investigation is ongoing. Police have recovered the van believed to be involved in the incident.
