Due to predicted winds of 30-50 km/h over the next 24 hours, a possibility of flooding, shoreline erosion and damaging waves exists along Lake St. Clair and the Lake Erie shoreline on the north and northwest sides of Pelee Island.
Weather forecasts will continue to be monitored and updates provided as required.
The advisory will remain in effect until 5pm on Friday.
