The Windsor Express topped the Island Storm 113-105 in overtime following a fourth quarter comeback on Thursday.
The Storm held a four point advantage in the first quarter and extended it to a 50-37 lead by halftime.
Windsor still trailed the Storm 76-62 at the end of the third frame, but the Express surged ahead in the fourth to take a 91-88 lead with 1:58 left in the game. After a back-and-forth final couple minutes, the two teams tied things up at 95-95 to force overtime.
The Express jumped ahead in extra time to win with an eight point advantage.
Maurice Jones led the Express with 24 points and 12 assists.
The Express will take on the London Lightning next on Saturday. Tip off is 7pm at Budweiser Gardens.
