Around 11pm Wednesday, a motorcycle struck a parked car.
A 26-year-old man on the motorcycle suffered severe injuries and was rushed to Windsor Regional Hospital's Ouellette Campus.
Police believe speed was a factor in the crash, but not alcohol.
