The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says someone in Windsor bought a winning ticket for $1-million.
The commission has not said where the ticket for LOTTO 6/49 Guaranteed $1-million was sold, but Lottery Marketing and Sales Vice President Wendy Montgomery says it was somewhere in the city.
There have been 400 guaranteed $1-million prize draws to date, and 172 of the winning tickets were sold in Ontario.
The next draw is Saturday night for an estimated $7-million jackpot and the guaranteed $1-million prize draw.
