On February 22, a crash involving two vehicles occurred on the Central Ave. overpass at the EC Row Exwy.
One driver was ejected from the vehicle as a result of the impact. He passed away in hospital on February 28.
A second person was also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash is now classified as a fatal motor vehicle collision and is still under investigation.
