The call centre for local 211 and 311 calls will be down Sunday from 7am to 11am so the lines can undergo scheduled technical maintenance, so there will be no answer for those calling 211 or 311 during that time period.
However, 311 online services will not be affected. Anyone seeking a request for services in the city of Windsor can use the website at http://www.311online.ca or visit the official City of Windsor website at www.citywindsor.ca.
