This year's Hats On For Healthcare campaign is looking to raise over $40,000 for the health system.
The money raised this year will go toward the mental health, surgical and medicine programs at Windsor Regional Hospital.
Co-Chair Elaine Snaden says it is a fun and easy way for businesses to get on board with a great cause.
"The easiest way to describe the event is it's really like a dress down day, except you're putting on a hat, and that's more fun," says Snaden.
Hats On For Healthcare day is March 1 this year, but Snaden says businesses can really choose any day to support the cause.
To support the event you can register on the website and receive stickers and badges for participating employees.
Over the last seven years the event has raised $200,000 for the hospital.
