Around 3:20pm a tractor-trailer carrying a 'volatile load' and an SUV were involved in the head-on collision.
The tractor-trailer was carrying Ammonium Nitrate but the load was not deemed a safety concern.
The driver of the SUV was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
