The Windsor-Essex Health Unit does not recommend swimming at two local beaches this weekend due to high levels of bacteria.
They have issued a warning for West Belle River beach and Point Pelee West beach.
The health unit tests the water quality of ten local beaches every Wednesday to test the level of E. coli detected.
Officials warn water quality can change from day to day and they do not recommend swimming if there was recent heavy rainfall, if the water is cloudy or if you are unable to see your feet in the water.
