The meeting at the Good Neighbour Club on St. Paul St. starts at 11am and should wrap up by 1pm.
Essex MP Tracey Ramsey is hosting the meeting.
President of the Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce, Matt Marchand and Unifor Local 200 President Chris Taylor are expected to attend.
Alan Smith will begin his new role with the municipality on July 20.
