Organizers of this year's Color Run in Windsor say 6,000 people are registered to take part.
This year, the event is raising money for the Alzheimer Society of Windsor.
This is the event's third year in Windsor but its first Color Run Night Edition. The route will take runners from the Riverfront Festival Plaza to just west of Centennial Park and back again, dousing participants with colour as they proceed along the riverfront trail.
Registration starts at 11am Saturday until 7pm, and the run starts at 9:30pm.
