The average price of a home in Windsor-Essex may have slipped slightly from May, but it's still up 16.6% from last June.
The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors says the average price last month was $231,880, down from an all-time high the month before of $235,011. In June of 2015, it was $198,801.
Sales continued to climb in June with 720 homes changing hands, compared to 598 in June 2015. It was also a 3.1% increase from May.
As of now, there are 1,686 available listings in Windsor-Essex. Listings went up 10% between May and June.
