Windsor Police Service cruiser.A 7-year-old child was taken to hospital with serious head injuries following a crash on Hanna St. Monday night.
The child was in a car coming home from the fireworks display when the vehicle was struck by a pickup truck around 11:15pm.
The four people in the car were taken to hospital, but Windsor police say the child's injuries were the most severe. The driver of the pickup was also taken to hospital.
Police arrested the driver of the pickup for alleged impaired driving.
Lambton OPP are on the lookout for a break and enter suspect.
