17-Year-Old Girl Charged In Triple Stabbing

A 17-year-old girl is one of two people charged in connection with a triple stabbing in west Windsor over the weekend.

Windsor police tell BlackburnNews.com the teen, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is charged with assault.

A 20-year-old man is facing more serious charges -- aggravated assault, weapons dangerous and breach of probation.

The altercation happened Saturday just before 4am at an apartment building on Tecumseh Rd. W, just west of Huron Church Rd.

Windsor police say three people were stabbed, one man sent to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries. The other two were taken to hospital, but released shortly after.

Detectives say the victim is improving in hospital, but still recovering from serious injuries.

Police hope to speak with him today and determine exactly what happened.

Officials say everyone involved was known to each other.

CORRECTION: Windsor police first reported the female accused was 15, when in fact she's 17 years old.
