The Windsor Express downed the Niagara River Lions 95-83 to win their series in the first round of the NBL Canada playoffs.
On Friday, the Express took a ten point lead in the first quarter and extended their advantage to 51-32 at halftime. Niagara caught up a bit in the third to make it 68-59, but couldn't overtake Windsor in the final frame.
Windsor won the series 3-0 over Niagara.
Brandon Robinson led Windsor with 24 points and eight rebounds, while Chris Commons had 19 points and 14 rebounds.
The Express will now face the London Lightning in the second round of the playoffs.
