The new Windsor-made 2017 Chrysler Pacifica minivan is now available in hundreds of Michigan dealerships and could be ready to purchase in the Rose City as early as next month.
One local dealership tells BlackburnNews.com they're expecting some to arrive next month, but don't know exactly when. Many dealerships have been taking pre-orders ever since the starting price of $43,995 was released last month.
So far more than 200 Pacificas are at dealerships in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.
Sales staff were at the Palace of Auburn Hills Wednesday for the "largest ever drive away" by FCA US.
The Windsor Assembly Plant began production on February 29 and Michigan dealers are the first to get the new vehicles.
