The first quarter ended with both teams tied 23-23, but the Mill Rats took a 54-46 lead going into halftime. Saint John held a 83-70 advantage in the third, and Windsor fell further behind in the final frame to lose by 12 points.
Brandon Robinson had 16 points and 12 rebounds for Windsor.
The Express travel to Halifax to take on the Hurricanes on Sunday at 2pm.
