Colucci New City CAO

After 31 years as an employee of the City of Windsor, Onorio Colucci is taking on the top role as the city's chief administrative officer.

Helga Reidel left the position to become the new CEO of EnWin Utilities.

Colucci says he is looking forward to analyzing city issues from a new perspective.

"We have an $800-million budget so clearly finance is a big part of what we do but clearly if I'm going to succeed I have to look beyond that," says Colucci, the former city treasurer.

Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens says Colucci is the right person to fill the position.

"He's been able to find solutions to some of the challenges that have faced city council, been able to find ways to fund important projects for city council and for the city and certainly after 31 years he's probably the person with the most institutional memory and corporate knowledge," says Dilkens.
