UPDATE: Police Investigate Downtown Knife-Point Robbery

Police are looking for two suspects after one person was robbed while coming out of a bank in downtown Windsor.

The Windsor Police Service says on Thursday around 10:25pm, two suspects approached a male victim who was exiting the TD Canada Trust bank on Ouellette Ave. and Pitt St. E, and demanded cash at knife-point.

The two suspects made off with an unknown quantity of cash, but the victim was not hurt during the robbery.

Both suspects are described as males of Middle Eastern descent in their mid-20s. One stands around 5'10" tall with a slender build. The other stands 5'6" and has a scruffy face.

Police say both were wearing dark-coloured clothing at the time of the robbery, and one of them brandished a four-inch knife.

Anyone with information regarding this crime is asked to contact Windsor police or Crime Stoppers.
