A Belle River woman is $100,000 richer after winning the top prize with Instant Bingo Doubler lottery.
Peggy Rachwan, who bought the ticket at Mac’s on Notre Dame St. in Belle River, didn't realize right away that she had won the top lottery prize.
"At first, I thought I won $5,000. It wasn’t until my husband took a second look to I realize my win was much larger!” says Rachwan in a media release. “BINGO tickets are definitely my favorite game."
She says she knows exactly what she plans to do with the winnings.
“I’m debt free, so this will be going towards my retirement,” she says.
Instant Bingo Doubler is a $5 instant game that has 15 top prizes of $100,000. Overall, the odds of winning are one in 3.53.
