A Windsor man will spend the next eight months in jail after pleading guilty to a hit and run causing death.
On June18 2015, Kevin Emisch was struck while riding his bike on Huron St. near Matchette Rd. and later succumbed to his injuries.
Jarrod Rusnak, 36, was arrested a few days later after an investigation by LaSalle police and the OPP.
Rusnak plead guilty to failing to stop at the scene of an accident causing death. He was also charged and plead guilty to breaching his bail conditions and possession of a controlled substance.
