A 21-year-old Windsor man is facing assault causing bodily harm charges after an altercation with a bus driver.
Police say the incident happened on a Transit Windsor bus near Lauzon Rd. and Little River Rd. around 10:40pm, Wednesday.
The accused man was supposedly causing a disturbance, so the driver stopped the bus and asked him to leave. That's when police allege the man turned violent and then fled the scene.
Officers were able to identify the suspect and make an arrest at his residence around 9am, Thursday.
