With hopes of catching the person who struck an elderly woman and sped off, Windsor police have released a photo of the suspected vehicle involved.
A 72-year-old woman is currently listed in critical condition in hospital. She was struck at the intersection of Tecumseh Rd. E and Kildare Rd. at around 11:10am Monday.
The area was closed to traffic in both directions for several hours yesterday as accident reconstruction officers processed the scene.
Police say the suspect's vehicle was last seen going eastbound on Tecumseh toward Walker Rd.
It's described as a black Ford F-150, four-door pick-up truck with a "4x4" decal sticker on the passenger side.
