Windsor police have identified a man after releasing photos of his tattoos.
The pictures depict a tattoo on the man's left forearm of a heart with the letters N.H. The other tattoo is on his right shoulder and is of a heart with a banner and faded script.
Police say, at this time, they are not releasing any information regarding why officers are attempting to identify this man. He was identified Sunday night and police haven't released his name.
