Windsor Police Service cruiser.Windsor police say a pedestrian has died after being hit by a car on EC Row.
Emergency crews responded to the scene at Dominion Blvd. just after 7am Sunday, where police say the male victim was struck just past the eastbound on-ramp.
Police continue to investigate and no charges have been laid as of yet.
The eastbound lanes of EC Row were reopened to traffic around 4:30pm.
