Windsor fire officials have pegged damage at $215,000 after an attic fire on Reading St. early this morning.
Firefighters arrived to 1501 Reading St. to find "heavy fire conditions" at around 6:30am.
Fire officials say all residents made it out safely.
Fire crews attacked the fire using an aerial truck to protect surrounding properties. It took more than an hour to extinguish the blaze and just after 8am it was out.
The cause of the fire is undetermined.
