The Kingsville Fire Department says the blaze broke out on Wednesday around 4pm on Union Ave.
No one was injured in the fire and the cause is unknown at this time.
Union Ave. was closed between County Rd. 20 and Road 2 while fire crews were at the scene. It has since been reopened.
Alan Smith will begin his new role with the municipality on July 20.
