David obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor in 2005, following which he pursued a Master of Arts degree. However, before David was able to complete his thesis, he was accepted to law school. David graduated from Windsor Law in 2010, and has been practicing law ever since.

Shortly after moving to Windsor in 2004, he met and began dating his wife Line. They married in 2010, and are proud to call Windsor home.

David enjoys being involved with organizations such as Rotary, and volunteering for the Annual Bottle Drive for Leukemia Research. He’s a Director with the Essex Law Association Board and past President of the Windsor West Federal Liberal Association.

David believes it’s time to focus on making life more affordable for families in our area through focus on public pensions, revamping parental and compassionate care leave, cutting taxes for the middle class, and making critical investments in infrastructure. --- Interesting riding facts:

  • Established in 1966, Windsor West was created using parts of the former Essex East and Essex West ridings
  • Liberal Herb Gray held the seat for 34 years, from 1968-2002
  • NDP Brian Masse has secured the riding since then
