Food Fest Proving To Be Beneficial

Windsor's Eat Your City is again stirring up business for local restaurants.

Co-Owner of Windsor Eats Adriano Ciotoli says the week-long event typically creates about a 35% to 40% boost for the 21 establishments involved.  "(The restaurants are) seeing them returning shortly after the restaurant week as well to try other menu items that they might have seen that they wanted to try.  So it's definitely working out that way -- creating new regulars."

Ciotoli says the participating restaurants create unique three-course lunch and dinner menus at discounted prices this week in order to create business at a typically slow time of the year.

This is the seventh Eat Your City Restaurant Week in Windsor.
