The Windsor Public Library is planning to upgrade its security systems, something that was fast-tracked after a woman was caught streaming live sex shows inside.
CEO Kitty Pope says more cameras are needed. "It's been on the board's agenda for quite a few years, but it might be appropriate to say that it's certainly pushed it ahead a bit -- it didn't start with her," says Pope.
The library board pass its $1.9-million five-year capital budget Tuesday night.
The budget must go before Windsor City Council for approval.
