Windsor Express fans left Thursday's cancelled championship game disappointed, some calling the Halifax Rainmen "crybabies."
Fran Ferguson showed up to the game with horns and cowbells in hand. "We're pulling into the parking lot, we got out and we were all stoked. Then someone came out and said it's been cancelled," says Ferguson. "We said, 'what? you're kidding.' No kidding."
Her sister Rose Tako was in disbelief. "I thought no, I've been waiting all day, I've been waiting all year and then nothing," says Tako. "How let down can one be?"
The team says all fans will get full refunds.
"What can you do? The other team was a bunch of crybabies," says Tako.
