Theft From Parked Vehicles

Windsor police are reminding the public to make sure they remove all valuables from their vehicles and lock the doors when parking.

They've arrested a 49-year-old man after someone broke into vehicles parked in the 2200-block of Lincoln Rd. The man also had outstanding warrants for his arrest.

After seizing stolen property, they've located most of the owners. The property's been returned.
