Two teens face charges after a downtown Windsor police chase.
Officers spotted a stolen car being driven erratically downtown at about 9pm Monday, and followed it down Church St. before attempting to make a stop at Riverside Dr.
That's when the driver and passenger both jumped out of the vehicle to run.
The driver only took a few steps before getting back into the car and speeding away, while the female passenger was arrested after a short foot chase. The driver was also arrested a few blocks away.
Two 17-year-olds face theft and dangerous driving charges.
