Windsor police are trying to track down an individual who they believe has information about a murder on Bruce Ave.
Officers are working to identify whoever was operating an older model silver 4-door pick-up truck seen in the 400-block of Bruce Ave. just before the killing on February 23.
Richard Scott Raymond is in custody, charged with first degree murder and aggravated assault in the death of 49-year-old Carol Shaw.
