Windsor police say officers responded to an apartment building in the 400-block of Park St. W at around 6:40pm Sunday.
A witness told police the woman tried to stab a man with a screwdriver.
The 54-year-old victim sustained scratches to his chest.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
