It happened in the 1600 block of Hall Ave. shortly before 7:30pm Tuesday.
No injuries have been reported and the fire caused $80,000 in damage.
Police are also investigating an arson at a vacant home in the 400 block of Indian Rd. that happened on October 28. Windsor police have not confirmed if these two arsons are connected.
A Holmesville youth has pleaded guilty to first degree murder in the death of a young girl.
