Cooper's Hawk Vineyards is applying to the town of Essex for a 6,000 sq. ft. addition to its current building. It includes a patio area and more parking, along with a larger reception area.
Council will consider the site plan at its meeting this evening.
Cooper's Hawk is one of the newer wineries in the region, located on Iler Rd., just north of County Rd. 20. It opened to the public three years ago.
