Flyers Add Former Cyclone Derrough

The Goderich Flyers have acquired a boost at defense.

They added former Listowel Cyclone Ben Derrough to the team this week. Derrough posted 9 points in 35 games last year for Listowel, and spent the first half of this year wit the London Nationals, posting 7 points in 14 games.

Derrough also previously suited up for 6 games with Goderich during the 2014-15 season. The Goderich native also had stints with the Sarnia Legionnaires and the Waterloo Wolves midget AAA program.

CORRECTION: On January 9, 2018, BlackburnNews.com incorrectly reported that Ben Derrough was a forward, when in fact he is a defenceman. The correction has now been made in the above article.
