A tough loss for the Point Edward Pacers Sunday afternoon, dropping a 12-6 decision to the Niagara Thunderhawks. Point Edward entered the game two points up on Niagara for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference, but the Pacers were unable to put some breathing room between them and the Thunderhawks. The loss drops their record to 8-10 on the season. Cory Burr continued his impressive run, scoring three goals in the victory. He has 12 goals in his last three games. Korey Conroy, Blain Adams and Logan Scott also found the back of the net for the Pacers. Two games left on the regular season schedule for Point Edward. They are in Windsor Thursday and host London Saturday night at Point Edward Memorial Arena. Saturday's game will be live on CHOK, beginning at 7pm.
