Great Lakes Baseball Remains Unbeaten

The Great Lakes Wolf Pack senior boys baseball team improved to 3-0 with a 10-0 victory over Pain Court Wednesday afternoon. The Wolf Pack have yet to allow a run, out scoring their opponents 36-0 through their first three games. They will play a double header against Ridgetown and Ursuline College Friday afternoon at Fergie Jenkins Field in Chatham.

Julia Foss and Aliyah Greaves both scored twice as Northern beat Great Lakes 6-1 in senior girls soccer. McKenna Jackson and Katie Barwitzki also scored for Northern, while Paige Little was the lone goal scorer for Great Lakes. The Vikings lead the 'AAA' circuit with a 7-0-1 record, six points ahead of second place Ursuline College, who blanked North Lambton 2-0 Wednesday.

On the boys side, North Lambton also got shutout by Ursuline College, this time by a 3-0 score. John McGregor forfeited their game against Northern, giving the Vikings an LKSSAA best 6-0-1 record.
