Busy Weekend For Jr Sting

Regular season play gets underway this weekend for most Lambton Jr Sting AAA teams this weekend.

The Minor Midgers are at the Toronto Titan Tournament, they lost their opener 3-2 to Guelph Thursday night and will play Mississauga (8:45am) and Markham (2pm) Friday.

Head Coach Jordan Pennisi says the weekend is a good experience for guys new to AAA.

"I  Think it'll be a little bit of an adjustment at first, definitely with the first tournament in Toronto," says Pennisi. "The speed will be a little bit quicker then they are use to, but that's fine it will come with time. The better teams we play, the better we'll be in the end."
