Trayce Thompson, brother of Golden State's Clay Thompson, hit a walk off homerun with two outs to give the LA Dogers a ninth inning win over the New York Mets.

NHL Nick Bonino scored the overtime winner as Pittsburgh edged Washington 4-3, to eliminate the Capitals and advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. The Caps make the early exit after finishing with a league-best 120 points, 11 more than the next-best club. (read MORE)

NBA The Oklahoma City Thunder are one victory away from advancing to the NBA's Western Conference finals after beating San Antonio 95-91.

The Miami Heat say injured centre Hassan Whiteside did not accompany the team to Toronto for Game five of the Eastern Conference semifinal series, which tips off tonight. Three of the first four games of the series have needed overtime.

Basketball Sarnia native Laura Dally has been invited to the Canadian Women's National Basketball team tryouts ahead of the Rio Olympics. She won a national championship with the University of Saskatchewan this past year. Camp opens May 21 in Edmonton.

SBL The Sarnia Braves doubled up London 8-4 in Southwestern Senior Baseball League action. Alex McLean hit his first homerun of the season in the win.
