A pair of Sarnia students raised thousands for charity over the summer.
Grade 6 students at Cathcart Public School, Brooke Reiger and Amisha Duggal, held a charity garage sale in June.
A total of $7,200 was raised for the Inn of the Good Shepherd.
"Local businesses generously donated goods and services for the girls' charity garage sale, and the girls had a great turnout," read an email to Sarnia News Today from Amisha's mother Parveen Duggal.
Brooke and Amisha held their first fundraising initiative together in 2022, and hope to make the charity garage sale an annual event.
