Wanted federal offender known to frequent Sarnia

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are appealing for the public's help in locating a wanted man with ties to Sarnia.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad said a Canada Wide Warrant has been issued for Randall Toole, who allegedly breached his day parole.

Police said Toole is serving seven years and one month for possession of a schedule one and two substance for the purpose of trafficking and failing to comply with order.

The 48-year-old is described as White, 5'8" tall, about 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Police said he has several tattoos including a Yeti, a serpent, and stars on his left arm.

Left Forearm - Tree/Graves

Toole is also known to frequent Brantford, and has ties to Alberta and B.C.
