Sarnia police have arrested three people and seized $93,440 worth of drugs as part of a five-month long investigation, referred to as "purple rhino."
Members of the Major Case Action Team, Emergency Response Team, K9, and Intelligence searched three locations early Tuesday morning, on Christina Street North, Confederation Street, and Michener Road.
Officers seized 734.99 grams of cocaine, 536.12 grams of cannabis, and $33,520 in Canadian currency.
Police said a 32-year-old man was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cannabis for the purpose of selling, and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
A 55-year-old man was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
Lastly, a 42-year-old man was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
