A missing person report was issued for Nour Alzuhdi at around 2:40 p.m. after the teen was last seen near Russell Street and Ontario Street.
An update about Alzuhdi being safely located was posted to social media shortly before 6 p.m.
The event will take place at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine on April 9.
